Results showed that most agents across the nation expect home prices to decrease or stay the same over the next year. A little disheartening. But, what was interesting though, was that Colorado is  ranked #7 in the top 10 states that believe that home prices will go up in the next six months. The market has shown to be stabilized and trending up. This is good news for all of us!
With this to look forward to, it is even more important to make sure your home is in tip-top-shape and move in ready!
