Cathi Rios, President and Owner of Front Range Stage, started her business with a passion towards staging excellence.  She is a graduate of Home Staging Resource (the first truly “Accredited” staging training program) and has led her PREMIER staging company for 18 years. Cathi utilizes a team of talented stagers she personally trains using her Master of Science degree in Corporate Training and Development. She has traveled the world with her military veteran husband and has mastered how to incorporate old world charm and organic elements into new world design. Her team has been featured on the news and radio programs, the Colorado Springs Business Journal, and has won the Quality Business Award for the Best Staging Company in the Colorado Springs market the last two years! She completed Interior Design training from Rhodec International and has won numerous awards for her Model Homes and Parade of Homes including Peoples’ Choice award in the $1M+ category in 2016 and 2020 as well as Best Interior Design and Peoples’ Choice in 2018 and 2019 and Best of Houzz Service Award in 2018 and 2020. Cathi is a sought-after publisher (Training Multimedia) and international conference speaker (Quality and Productivity, Society of Applied Learning Technology, Real Estate Conferences) in Florida, New Orleans, Texas, California and Colorado. Cathi is a seasoned entrepreneur with holdings in many successful small businesses including science and engineering, data analytics and staging/interior design. She has assisted local residents with transforming their spaces into enviable, top-selling homes and has set up many short and long term rental properties that fetch high rental fees. She uses her experience with proven real estate staging strategies to guide her entire team which functions with the same high standards. She is proud to help keep Days On Market averages amongst the lowest in the area even in the luxury market.

Mary Biczak, is a transplant from a small pre-revolutionary war town in New Jersey and now calls Colorado Springs home where she recently completed her Real Estate Stager and Home Design Specialist certification from Home Staging Resource. She has a Bachelors of Arts degree from University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, where she majored in Crafts Design, focusing on wood and metal. She discovered and fell in love with the ancient technique of vitreous enameling in her final year of art school. Mary took her love of jewelry and started her own jewelry and design collection. She has worked for various art jewelry companies in NYC and traveled the country designing and setting up trade-show booths and traveling galleries. Throughout her life, she has explored everything from ceramics, stained glass, painting, woodworking, film, digital photography and even blacksmithing! Armed with a passion for color and textures and drawing on her experience of interior design from working at the Bombay Company and Pier 1, and with the restlessness of an artist, Mary seeks to integrate art and design into every aspect of her life to include the relationships she has built with Front Range Stage.

Carrie Hogaboom joins the Front Range Stage team as a second-generation Realtor. She has a Bachelor’s degree in education and is an expert at educating clients on the local real estate market. She is a proud 20+ year retired military spouse with exceptional experiences staging, remodeling and generally improving her family’s quality of life, while moving from house to house across the country. She is eager to bring her practiced eye to apply the art of home staging to capture the hearts of buyers.

Kristin Petty joins the Front Range Stage team with more than 15 years of industry experience in staging and retail furniture merchandising. Her passion and eye for design was fostered at a young age when her parents allowed her to fully design and remodel her bedroom numerous times from top to bottom. That fire was never extinguished as she entered adulthood, where she was continuously asked by friends to help design their college dorm rooms and then eventually their homes. Kristin has both Marketing and Education degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where she also played Division 1 soccer. Her love for creating stylish and comfortable spaces along with her non-stop work ethic and athleticism gives her an advantage when faced with the physical demands of real estate staging. When not working, you’ll most likely find her on the tennis court! Kristin believes a home should be a sanctuary and is excited to help buyers visualize that potential!
